fantastic location with great city views!
convenient location wonderful view easy check-in helpful luggage storage
the hotel location proved convenient, placing me close to major attractions. my room offered a wonderful city view, exactly like the pictures online showed. check-in and check-out were quick and easy. storing my luggage on departure day was also available and very helpful. everything worked just as i hoped.
the elevators sometimes required a wait of about five minutes which was a little inconvenient.

the breakfast included vegan options. i saw greens and fruit available each morning. freshly baked cookies with macadamia nuts and white chocolate were available in the afternoon. the bistro had a great atmosphere offering a wonderful dining experience.

efficient stay in central location
great view friendly staff
the staff was helpful. the view from my high-floor room was great and overlooked the city, it was something i enjoyed every evening! there were many restaurants and shops nearby, this made it easy to get necessities and dine out without much trouble. the proximity to central park provided a peaceful escape from the city bustle.
the room felt a little cramped. there wasn't much space to move around comfortably with luggage. i missed having a larger work area in the room.

i really liked the hotel's location close to central park, broadway, and times square. the free coffee was definitely a plus and free afternoon snacks were a great touch. the staff was helpful, friendly, and always available when i needed assistance. my room was quiet and included a safe and refrigerator.
the light switches were oddly located near the entrance, not by the bed, slightly inconvenient.

The staff was very attentive, helpful and spoke castellano. They accepted all payment methods without prepayment, respecting my preferred payment option, a relief.

I found the location convenient. Central Park and Times Square were really close! The subway accessibility greatly simplified traveling around town. The staff offered daily complimentary breakfast. I appreciated the helpful service provided .
The elevators can sometimes be a bit busy, resulting in SLIGHT waiting times.
